Refund / Cancellation

By making a purchase you are demonstrating a clear understanding that we are selling these products as containing CBD (cannabidiol) from hemp. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any disease, always check with your physician before starting a new dietary supplement program. We are committed to complete compliance with FDA regulations and as such, because these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to any benefits for products containing CBD (cannabidiol). If you decide to purchase our products, you are purchasing these products with the understanding of the present status of CBD (cannabidiol) products.

If you are still wanting to return your unopened product, please see below what is considered an acceptable return and our Returns Process.You may return, only products that are damaged, defective or unopened, unused and resellable products, within within 10 calendar days of shipment with valid proof of purchase, for a refund or product credit. If there is a problem with any product you receive, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product or we will not be able to know if it was stored correctly or broken after delivery. In rare cases we might offer a product credit if the situation is relevant. If we have agreed to refund or credit you for a product, we will reimburse the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item or damaged item).
